Partner took her car there with a fault, they correctly diagnosed it, also found a fuel leak  which I thought we may have had.
Repairs carried out, old parts were shown to us on pickup.
Being capable off doing repairs myself, it was nice to find a honest garage that confirmed what I knew was wrong.

Short distance into a 400 mile round trip to a funeral and warning light came on the Mercedes dashboard. Drove to MSC and having listened to my plight , the car was immediately  checked out . I was given a concise summary of the cleared fault and the action to prevent a recurrence . First class service and they wouldn't charge me for such fantastic service. My first visit to MSC today, with a mysterious idle fault on my 28 year old convertible E class.  Exceeded my expectations in every way... Mark is tremendously passionate and sincere about keeping all cars running in good order for as long as possible, using quality parts and repair bills that are viable for the value of the vehicle.

On this occasion, my fault could have been a minor mechanical thing or a massive and complex electrical issue for all I knew.  Despite my best efforts, I don't really understand cars well so I was at the mercy of his honesty on this one.

They have a waiting list of a few weeks but I take that as a healthy sign these days.  Quiet places have more incentive to inflate bills.

The MSC team diagnosed and fixed the problem very quickly... no hokey cokey guess work with new parts in and out... it was just a spring that broke.  Mark popped the bonnet and showed me exactly what caused the issue and how he fixed it.

Realistically I knew there was a very wide range of potential repair costs for a symptom like this... I imagined the best possible case scenario £150+ and the worst case for long diagnostics or expensive parts at £750+.  The MSC bill was... [X-Factor pause...] just £65 all inclusive.

The car mechanic profession has a terrible reputation - frankly it deserves it as 9 times out of 10 you either get someone who doesn't know what they're doing, or wants every last penny out of you. Used these guys for the 1st time today for my A6 Audi, they came  highly recommended there garage is spotless first thing I noticed and looked for when I went to see them a few months ago to introduce myself, to let them no  that I’d just moved into the area and was looking for Tec that knows what he’s doing, mark and Simon who own the place certainly do they have years of experience between them, they both took time with me to talk things through nothing seems to much for  them they’d  sit there all day talking to you ensuring your happy with everything.

There  not just after your keys then your money like most garages there professionalism is 2nd to none, they did an oil and filter  service and an inspection service on my Audi today and loaded the service up onto the Audi service portal to ensure my car is still covered under my warranty with Audi, there prices are brilliant compared to the stealerships I can’t thank them enough I dealt with Mark today who went through everything when I turned up to pick my car up, we had a good chat as well and the bonus is it’s 5 min walk from my house so I’ll be using them in future thanks a lot guys for a great service today.

But most importantly your honesty as I asked them to check my brakes on the inside which I can’t get to see and he was very honest and told me they don’t need doing, other garages would of hit me with a bill they’ve tried it before so once again guys thanks a million I’ll be back 100%, if your local to these guys don’t even bother looking round get yourself booked in you won’t regret it 😀 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
